Fruity Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. (pint) plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup Strawberry Amaretto conserve
  • 9” graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Mash fruit in bowl with yogurt and conserve.
  2. Mix in whipped topping and blend thoroughly.
  3. Spoon into pie crust and freeze at least 4 hours.
  4. Thaw slightly before serving.
  5. Any flavor conserve or jam may be used with a complimentary fruit.
