Sure is cold this time of year in Vermont. We didn’t set a record the other night but it was between negative 20 and negative thirty degrees. This is usually the time we like to call the test kitchen period, but with he closing of the Vermont Food Venture Center on the 6th of January, I have found myself searching high and low to find someone who might be able to co package some of my products. Thursday marks the first of many test’s to see if they can do it. My predecessor like to call this time of year…Skiing time, but I have not found that to be true for me. Hope everyone is having a great 2011 so far.
